When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak collection launches or holiday seasons, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How do I care for my Rylee + Cru garments?
To maintain the quality and softness of our fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low or laying flat to dry. Specific care instructions can be found on the inner garment tag.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.
